Each company is setup as its own entity, with its own database, with the ability to manage their own general ledger.
The system supports the use of multiple currencies, allowing any transaction to be entered in any currency. An exchange rate table can be managed in the system and can be kept updated with the latest exchange rate information. Our Accounting is fully integrated with all of the other modules.
The system includes all the basic accounting functionality you would expect from a commercial package including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reports.
